Terms of use

Dear Elly Ops is an internal application operated by Dear Elly for the people who run the company. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

Only people named in the application’s user directory by an owner. Access is personal and may not be shared. An owner may change a person’s role or remove them at any time.

What you agree to

• To use the application only for Dear Elly’s business.
• To keep your sign-in, second factor and any connected-tool authorizations to yourself.
• To treat customer, financial and partner information you see here as confidential.
• Not to connect a tool or an account you are not authorized to connect.

Connected tools

The application reads from, and with your approval writes to, third-party services such as Shopify, Klaviyo, QuickBooks Online, monday.com, Google Workspace and Dropbox. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. The application never sends a message, pays a bill or changes a record in a connected tool without a person approving that specific action.

No warranty

The application is provided as is. Figures shown are computed from the connected tools and from assumptions entered by users; where a source is not connected the page says so and the figure is an example. It is not accounting, legal or investment advice, and the books of record remain in QuickBooks Online.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dear Elly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
